To initiate the unfreezing process for your subscription, please reach out to our HELP CENTER team either through chat or by opening a ticket. The unfreezing process typically takes between 5-7 working days. Before requesting unfreezing, ensure that your freezing request has been paid. Please note that session scheduling cannot occur until the unfreezing process is complete.
