What is the maximum number of freezing days allowed for my subscription?
For 4 Sessions Card: Members with a 4 Session Card Subscription can freeze their subscription for a maximum of 7 days, once per request, at a cost of SAR 250 per request.
For Fast Shape Standard - 8 Sessions: Members with Fast Shape Standard - 8 Sessions can freeze their subscription for a maximum of 7 days, once per request, at a cost of SAR 250 per request.
For Starter Membership: Members with Starter subscriptions can freeze their subscription for a maximum of 22 days, within 2 requests, at a cost of SAR 250 per request.
For Basic Membership: Members with Basic subscriptions can freeze their subscription for a maximum of 45 days, within a maximum of 3 requests, at a cost of SAR 250 per request.
For Premium Subscriptions: Members with Premium subscriptions can freeze their subscription for a maximum of 90 days, within a maximum of 4 requests. The first 2 requests are free of charge, while the last 2 requests will incur a fee of SAR 250 per request. Freezing due to Trainers Leave, National Holidays, Pregnancy, or Natural Disasters is free of charge.
